Bluebirds for the Kitchen Days-of-the-Week Hot Iron Embroidery Transfers
MaMaw's Vintage Embroidery hot iron transfers #M121 - Bluebirds for the Kitchen. These vintage 1950's bluebirds will be a bright note in your kitchen & you will find that a towel can be made a thing of beauty in just a matter of minutes. The little pot holders can be embroidered in practically no time at all. A complete set would make a wonderful gift & would cost so little. These unusual designs are so simple that even a beginner, or child, would find them easy to do. The patterns are so made that the days of the week may be used as a part of the design or, if you wish, snip off the day & you will have a beautiful series of birds. The enclosed designs are heat transferable. Each design will give you several stampings. You are sure to enjoy using these vintage designs to create your own unique linens, napkins, towels, tablecloths, curtains, aprons, table runners - the possibilities are limited only by your imagination!. The special inks used to create these heat transferable embroidery designs will not wash out of fabric that is not 100% cotton. This should not create any difficulties for projects in which the designs will be completely embroidered or fabric painted over. These transfers will work best on light colored fabrics.
